Oh zurek, zurek! Polish "Zurek" is a well-known sour rye soup that makes your mouth do a happy dance! As delicious as it gets, cooked traditionally on "zakwas" (sourdough liquid), with cubed potatoes, sausage, and a lot of marjoram! Don't forget to add some hardboiled egg and sour cream for a full experience.
