Traditional Sauerkraut Bigos cooked hours and hours for a deep, umami flavor. We added a variety of wild mushrooms, allspice, marjoram and other custom spices. A few dark, dried juicy plums, pork steak and classic Polish sausage. This dish cannot be customized to come without meat as we cook it all together. BUT for Christmas celebrations there will be both – vegetarian and non-vegetarian versions available.
