Named in English from well-known pancakes, those little "placki" have nothing to do with the pancakes you may know. Carefully grated potatoes, mixed with fresh ground black pepper, salt and onion, fried on each side until golden brown. Crispy yet soft, with a perfect balance. Usually served with a sour cream but you can put whatever you like on them! 
 
Handmade from scratch. It comes as 7 pancakes, each about 3 inches in diameter.
